The sun is finally back and the icecream season started. So I have just frozen my coffee.
For those who want to try themselves, simply prepare it traditionally and add a little more sugar than normally, because it tastes less sweet by the cold.

Here another coffee ice cream recipe à la Italia.

Mix 250g Mascarpone with 100g heavy cream,  80g full cane sugar and 100ml Espresso and freeze over night.
