Last year I had my first coffee advent calendar. After I made you recommendations, of course, I had the most one from Trez Cabezas on my wall. With my daily blog posts I first introduced the coffee and then the traditional preparation of this specific country. This year I try to be a little bit more offline and of course I have completely forgotten to get a current coffee calendar before December 1st. My coffee shelf is really not lacking in choice. Sorry I am addicted. So I was at Holy Shit Shopping this weekend. Guess what! after 5 minutes of being there I walk past the 19gram (Trez Cabezas) stand. At 50% off, I had to buy this years advent calendar even on the 9th of December! Instead of paper bags to hang, there is a large paper box with 24 assorted metal cans this year. Among them you will find in the pack the most important information about the coffee of the day: name, country, cooperative, taste, variety and processing.
So since yesterday I am posting on Instagram, which delicious coffee gets freshly brewed in my cup. On Monday I had a fantastic Colombian coffee as sweet chaqueta – today Kenyan coffee with cinnamon and cloves. If you want to join me every morning until Christmas you can do it only on Instagram this year. But I try to keep this post up to date and share the new coffee pictures here as well.
