Cat Coffee and Cat Cafés

Cat Coffee and Cat Cafés

Today on the 8th of August is International Cat Day.

Time to check what cat coffee is and what you can expect in cat cafes.

Cat Coffee

So Kopi Luwak, the most expensive coffee in the world, is also called. The name comes from the coffee “production”. The coffee beans are won from the excrements of civet cats in Indonesia. The small predators eat the coffee cherries, digest the pulp and ferment the beans. After undamaged precipitation, the beans are washed and roasted at over 170 degrees. More to read in my Kopi Luwak article.
