Why do food trends come from the US?
Quite simply: they make awsome marketing!
Now I am a big fan of good marketing. In this case certainly not very healthy, but looks like gorgeous and bring me in a good mood despite the weather forecast for the next few weeks!
Rainbow Coffee
The inventor of rainbow coffee is Mason Salisbury, Barista in Las Vegas. In his coffeeshop Sambalatte, he has mixed his fine-pored foamed milk with food color, then created as usual a latte macchiato. Done. Check out the hype on Instagram.
To the rainbow coffee, I would personally hear Bob Marley – Sun is Shining. What more does one need for a relaxed Sunday ?!
